What countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to most countries, but please be aware that any instructions are provided in English only and will need to be translated if necessary.

What UK shipping services do you offer?

All UK parcels/letters will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which has a 2 - 3 day delivery estimate once dispatched.We also offer an upgraded delivery service by Royal Mail 1st Class, which has a 1 - 2 day delivery estimate once dispatched.

What international shipping services do you offer?

International parcels/letters will be sent via a free standard Royal Mail service, it can take anywhere from 5 - 22 days to receive your item which all depends on your country (as an example, most AU orders reach our customers within 15 days).

When will you dispatch my order?

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, some smaller orders may be dispatched the same day. If any complications should occur (such as lack of stock), we will contact you ASAP.
